As an energy practitioner....
Judy Di Canio incorporates powerful, sacred energetic techniques in each healing session. Working with the soul as well as the physical body, mental and emotional states of a person, Judy is able to assist clients on many levels. Incorporating energetic techniques such as karma clearing, soul retrieval, chakras, meridians as well as crystals, she is able to work with core matters of an energetic concern that affect the physical body. A Frequency Balancing Master, Judy has spent numerous years researching the energy system. She incorporates this knowledge in every energy session she facilitates. A typical Frequency Balancing session will entail an assessment of the client's energy system, and discussion on what the person wishes to focus on at that time. Frequency Balancing energy is then sent by Judy. Some people describe the feeling as warm currents of energy flowing around them. Others sense a swirling and see different colors. A few report a sense of calm during a session or the desire to sleep or relax.

Judy facilitates group workshops across the country....
The group workshops are usually scheduled for either two hours or full days. They include various sessions for karma clearing and energetic blockage removal. During the two hour sessions, Judy discusses each energetic technique and offers interactive participation from those that attend the workshops.

As a Frequency Balancing teacher....
Judy teaches people how to work with energy via various different levels of Frequency Balancing workshops. Over 20 different energetic techniques are covered in the classes. Her students include Reiki Masters, shamans, practitioners of various healing modalities, acupressure practitioners, doctors, nurses & massage therapists. She is also a certified medicinal aromatherapist and has given workshops across the country on various topics including alternative healing and writing classes. She is available to do FREQUENCY BALANCING demonstrations, teach classes, facilitate group workshops, and/or give lectures.

She has given lectures at expos including the Mind Body Spirit Expo in King of Prussia, PA. She has also spoken at health fairs in various states and gives lectures at companies interested in further educating their employees. Judy is certified in other healing modalities which include: Usui Reiki Master, Seichim Reiki Master, a Golden Ray practitioner, level 3 Reconnective Healing (TM) practitioner, & a Unified Healing Therapy practitioner.

UNDERSTANDING KARMA is a unique booklet of short tales, information about karma, and a journey of the soul. The book contains a story line that continues through to the end of the book. I've included writing exercises that you can do to help you look at your life, to see the patterns, the ups and downs of your past. It's entirely up to you if you wish to do these exercises and how long you want to spend on each. Some people may wish to read the whole book, to follow the story, then go back and do the exercises. Others may find the exercises become more meaningful if they do the exercises and then go back and add more to the comments once they get a better grasp of the karmic concept. There is no wrong or right way to do them. As each person's life is unique, so each exercise will be unique, too. If it takes two paragraphs or twenty pages, take your time and write as much as you feel is right for each exercise. Then put the paper away and pull it out at another future time.
